Warranty

Has something broken? That's never good. If you think you might be eligible for a warranty, read on to learn how to make a warranty claim and when you're entitled to one.

The purchased product should not break within one year under normal use.
Surge is not responsible for your warranty, but we are your point of contact to explore warranty possibilities with the manufacturer.

How to make a warranty clame

STEP 1: Send an email to Maurice

Add:

• A few photos: two or three photos clearly showing the damage or defects, one of the entire product and one of the serial number if it is present.

• Your order number (found in your account).

• A description of the damage or defects.

STEP 2: We will discuss whether this is a warranty case with the supplier.

We can determine from the photos whether it falls under warranty.

Surge reimburses return shipping costs for warranty cases within the EU. Return costs from outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

It may happen that we ask you to send the product to us for further inspection if it is not immediately clear whether it is a warranty case.

STEP 3: We will get back to you as soon as possible with a suitable solution.

Is your product under warranty? If yes/no, what happens then?

Yes: if the product can be repaired, we repair it. Otherwise, we replace it.

No: if it is not a warranty case, but the product can still be repaired, we offer to do so for a reasonable price.

Maurice will get to work and solve it as quickly as possible for you!
